We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:
• The item is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging.
• The item was not purchased during a sale or promotional event.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and provide return instructions if it qualifies.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Genuine Issues
We understand that unexpected issues can arise. If there’s a concern with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to review each case individually and find a fair solution.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: No 38, Wisdom estate, Bolorunpelu. Egbeda. Ibadan.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
